Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but our particular room was not the best. On the bright side, it was warm and spacious. The location is perfect for a night out in West End, and the antique charm adds to the vibe. However, the dining was a big disappointment with poor choices and quality. I did enjoy the spacious and modern facilities though.
The hotel exceeded my expectations for my transport needs but could have done with a good clean. The parking situation was also not ideal.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, large, and the bathrooms were new, which I loved. The service was fantastic, and the location is superb, especially for exploring the restaurants & bars of the West End, our favorite part of the city. The dining experience was good, but I felt a cooked breakfast would elevate it. Overall, a delightful experience with a charming antique'd feel.
The hotel has a top-notch location near the university, with superb amenities for Glasgow's west end. Rooms were very comfortable, though being in the basement wasn't ideal. The dining experience offered plentiful options but was marred by distracted staff. Overall, fantastic value for money.
Our room, although in the basement with a damp smell, was reasonably priced compared to others. It was quite small but served its purpose. The service was lacking and a bit distracted. The location, near the University and Botanic Gardens, was fantastic for my plans that weekend. The dining experience was basic, with staff seeming distracted. Overall, a budget-friendly option with some drawbacks but great for a short stay.
The hotel boasts a spotless room with a beautiful shower room but could be less dusty with no view from windows. The service is superb. Perfect for a West End night out but isn't the most convenient location for the West End. Dining had a fair choice of fruit juice, cereals, dried fruits, and yoghurts, but it was a big disappointment with poor choice and quality. The facilities are top-notch.
